The search for a well suited piece of land has been successful. The property is well-connected with close proximity to key road infrastructure and the city. The property provides adequate space for a nursing home with approximately 40 beds and essential care and support services and individual huts for the residents.

 

The first huts have already been completed with the construction focusing now on the office building. In addition to a small nursing station, the office building includes as well a kitchen which will provide for the daily well-being of the residents.

 

The construction work is proceeding according to plan and it is expected that at the beginning of 2019 the first residents can be cared for.
